In Darts, is Robin Hooding (one dart into the back of another) count or not?

Also, if it is a magnetic dartboard and one dart is clearly off the board but hanging from another dart, does this count?

If it’s not on the board it doesn’t count, and there’s no way anyone coul dtrow a dart to split it down the middle like robin hood…its plastic and metal, it’s impossible to do with an arrow, don’t you watch myth busters? So a dart very impossible.
